This wording is provided for transparency and remains subject to final legal review. Where it differs from rights you have under applicable law, the law prevails.
Opportunities on Lonesyte must be open to people on the basis of the work, not on the basis of who they are.
1.Our commitment
You may not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, pregnancy, marital or family status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
2.What this means for listings
- Requirements must relate to the work — for example a language, a skill or being in a location.
- Research studies may recruit specific participant groups when the research purpose requires it and the criteria are stated openly.
- Everyone publishing an opportunity confirms it is non-discriminatory.
3.Reporting discrimination
Use Report and choose Discrimination. We review every report and may remove listings or suspend accounts.
